Questions

How do I add an event from a QR code to my calendar?

The camera app returns the event text. It does not add the event to a calendar. You can copy the text into a calendar app yourself.

Which time zone does a vEvent QR use?

The time in the text follows whatever zone the person who made the code wrote down. This app returns that text. It does not convert the time.

Why doesn't my camera offer 'Add to calendar'?

This app has no Add to calendar button. It returns the raw text. A phone's own camera app may offer more, and that is a different app.
